Axis is JF Hillebrand's powerful custom-developed logistics management system, and is an important tool in giving customers the visibility they require. The service is web-based, providing real-time visibility around the clock and around the world.

The system is updated every half hour, providing full shipping order visibility, through tracking & tracing of active and historical shipments. Orders can be searched for and filtered based on your order reference and those of your trading partners.

Axis is also an invaluable supply chain communication tool, informing you of order progress and exceptions via alerting by e-mail, or on screen. In addition, you can use Axis to define and generate a variety of reports to suit your individual requirements. These reports can be viewed on screen or downloaded in a spreadsheet format.

Visibility becomes even more powerful when it is connected to your product catalogue, and can display accurate information on your SKU’s in the pipeline, whether in the export country, in a consolidation warehouse, or in transit. When Axis is connected to an export warehouse, full end-to-end supply chain inventory information is available.

We have experience in setting up interfaces with a wide range of customers (Bacardi, Pernod Ricard, SAQ, Gallo and so on) and have been communicating with a variety of different complex systems such as SAP, JDE, E3 and many others. The main techniques used are Flat file, EDI Ansi and EDI (Edifact) and XML.
